Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Akure, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for sales executive who will bethe primary link between our organization and its clients.
  • They are responsible for generating leads, promoting products or services, and negotiating contracts to maximize company profits and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Client Consultation: Evaluate customer needs, conduct presentations, and provide tailored product demonstrations.
  • Deal Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and packages to close deals and meet daily, monthly, or annual quotas.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing ongoing support and courtesy check-ins.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, gather competitor intelligence, and report on sales data to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside marketing and technical teams to strategize and improve overall sales performance.

Essential Skills

  • Communication & Persuasion: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence others and deliver compelling pitches.
  • Resilience & Motivation: A self-motivated, target-driven approach capable of handling rejection and thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Negotiation & Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to handle customer objections and resolve complaints swiftly.
