Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensure excellent guest experience, supervise staff, and drive efficient business performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel operations.
• Supervise and coordinate staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues.
• Monitor and oversee bookings, occupancy, housekeeping and front desk activities.
• Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with hotel policies.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in hotel management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must reside in or around Akobo, Ibadan.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
