Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Logistics Operations Manager to oversee our end-to-end supply chain. You will direct our warehousing, transportation, and inventory management processes.
• The ideal candidate will optimize delivery routes, reduce operational costs, and lead our logistics team to achieve peak efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, and customer services.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Direct and optimize the full order cycle to enhance business development and sustainability.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to minimize costs and maximize service quality.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with vendors to ensure product availability while minimizing carrying costs.
• Data & Analytics: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and utilize logistics software to track on-time delivery rates, shipping times, and inventory turnover.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor logistics staff, warehouse personnel, and coordinators.
• Compliance: Ensure all daily operations adhere to local laws, international shipping regulations, and health/safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5+ years of proven managerial experience in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations.
• Skills: Strong negotiation abilities, deep data analysis skills, and high proficiency in logistics and inventory management software.
• Leadership: Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
