Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organized General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the business and lead their team through the next phase of growth.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, improving operations, developing people, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences both online and in-store.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the business.
• Supervise store, customer care, warehouse, and administrative teams.
• Ensure excellent customer experience across WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and physical store.
• Improve operational efficiency and implement scalable processes.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and stock accuracy.
• Work closely with management to achieve sales and business goals.
• Track KPIs and prepare operational reports.
• Ensure SOPs are followed across every department.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate team members.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, finance, and customer support.
• Resolve customer escalations professionally.
• Drive continuous improvement across the business.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Store Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing retail businesses is required.
• Experience managing both physical store operations and online sales is highly preferred.
• Beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, pharmacy, or FMCG experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using inventory or retail management systems.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
