Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Sabo Yaba, Lagos

Core Duty

  • Business Development Managers are responsible for growing revenue and building the business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute business plans to generate more revenue and increase brand loyalty
  • New Business:Identify, pitch, and close new clients and partnerships. Manage the full sales cycle.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage expectations and maintain relationships with key clients. Improve customer satisfaction.
  • Strategy & Planning: Brainstorm with teams to define project scope, review requirements, and approve timeframes
  • Market Research: Identify new markets, trends, and opportunities. Analyze competitors.
  • Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other company managers to oversee projects
  • Proposals & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, contracts, and negotiate terms with clients and partners.
  • Reporting: Track KPIs, pipeline, and report business performance to management. 4672
