About this Role

• As a Business Intelligence & Sales Operations Intern at Lane, you will be the technical engine behind our Business Development and Growth team.
• Instead of traditional IT support, you will use data tracking, digital mapping, and internet research to help Lane identify new opportunities, find corporate clients, and optimize operations.

What Will Be Required of You (Daily & Weekly Expectations)
To successfully complete your internship and secure your logbook sign-offs, you will be required to:

• Generate Fresh Leads Daily: Research, organize, and list contact data for potential partners.
• Maintain the operation Trackers: Keep our client tracking sheets 100% updated with accurate contact info and negotiation statuses by the close of business daily.
• Support App Demos: Learn how the Lane app works and assist in showing new users/ partners how to use their dashboards.

Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or OND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Geography, or any related field.
• Academic Authorization: Must have a valid Industrial Training (I.T.) / SIWES Letter from your institution for a duration of 3 to 12 months.

Basic Technical Skills:

• Good Excel/Google Sheets Skills: Comfortable with entering data, sorting/filtering lists, and using basic formulas (like SUM and AVERAGE).
• Strong Internet Research Skills: Highly skilled at using Google, LinkedIn, and maps to find company information, phone numbers, and office addresses.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable downloading, testing, and troubleshooting mobile apps (Android and iOS).
• Soft Skills: Sharp analytical thinking, highly organized, and able to explain simple spreadsheet data to the team.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 / Month.
