Job Description

• This job focuses on increasing tissue sales, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with clients while achieving the company’s sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company’s tissue products to wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and other customers.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Visit customers regularly to take orders and ensure timely product delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors’ activities, and pricing trends.
• Negotiate prices and sales agreements within company guidelines.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing events.
• Monitor stock levels at customer locations and recommend restocking when necessary.
• Work closely with the sales and distribution teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
• Previous marketing or FMCG sales experience is an added advantage.

Remuneration

• Salary: N60,000 - N70,000 monthly.
• This position offers a commission-based incentive scheme aside the basic salary.
• Commission is calculated according to the volume and value of sales achieved, providing excellent earning opportunities for high-performing marketers
