Job Title: New Business Portfolio Supervisor

Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Growth Officer will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, increasing platform visibility, and growing subscriptions through direct field engagement.
  • The successful candidate will actively promote the platform, educate prospective customers on its benefits, and encourage them to subscribe in order to enjoy exclusive discounts on products available through the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective customers through field visits, community outreach, and business networking activities.
  • Promote the platform's value proposition of offering products at discounted prices to subscribers.
  • Drive customer registration, subscription, and active usage of the platform.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain platform features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage retention and referrals.
  • Execute grassroots marketing campaigns and awareness initiatives.
  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support business growth.
  • Meet and exceed monthly customer acquisition and subscription targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer engagement, and growth performance.
  • Represent the company professionally during promotional events and marketing activations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, business development, or field marketing is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in the field.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile applications and online platforms.
