We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Lekki, Ajah - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilites

• Source and procure network infrastructure equipment, including fiber optic cables, OLTs, ONTs, routers, switches, SFP modules, patch panels, UPS systems, batteries, and related accessories.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from multiple vendors to ensure competitive pricing and value for money.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and service agreements with suppliers.
• Maintain relationships with local and international vendors to ensure consistent product availability.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, GNOC, Customer Support, Sales, and other departments to understand procurement requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate timely procurement to prevent shortages of critical network materials and equipment.
• Track purchase orders from initiation to delivery and ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Verify delivered items against purchase orders and coordinate with the Store Officer for proper inspection and inventory updates.
• Resolve supplier issues relating to quality, quantity, delivery delays, and warranty claims.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualification with at least 2 years working experience.
