Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join the Transave team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic partnerships that enhance Transave's market presence.
  • Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Prepare business development reports and sales forecasts.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4 - 8 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • Experience in the fintech, banking, or financial services industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
  • Self-motivated, strategic, and results-oriented.
