Role Summary

• We are looking seeking two vibrant Sales & Marketing Executives to drive daily tours, manage inbound inquiries, and proactively pitch our client’s stunning new co-working space to freelancers, entrepreneurs, and businesses. The ideal candidates should be a high-energy closer who loves connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach to build a steady pipeline of prospective community members.
• Welcome walk-ins, host professional tours of our premium facilities, and close deals by matching prospects with the right membership plans.
• Foster a vibrant, collaborative environment for our existing members, encouraging community renewals and upselling meeting room and event space access.
• Assist the Team Lead in executing localized marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and running on-site networking events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of face-to-face sales, customer success, hospitality, or luxury retail experience.
• Possess excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. A natural ability to build rapport quickly and confidently handle objections.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and impeccably presented.
• Able to thrive in social, fast-paced corporate environments.

What we Offer

• Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
• Commission paid monthly on converted leads at 5% of base salary
• Data Allowance.
