Job Title: Head Property Manager
Location: Lagos
Reports to: MD
Job Summary
- Responsible for the management of all residential and commercial sites under the company's mandate.
- Responsible for marketing of the company properties and third-party properties using tools available to the company e.g. the company Lifestyle and Property magazine, and the company database of potential clients.
- Ensures the growth of Management briefs in the company.
- Relationship management of landlords and tenants.
- Liaise with head of operations in the company for the maintenance of the properties under the company Mandate
Requirements
- 8 years experience
- B.Sc Degree in Real Estate or related field.
- Estate Surveyor or someone with some property management and marketing background.
- Has experience leading a team of people.
- Strong Relationship management Skills.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Be result oriented.
