Job Title: Floor Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Industry: Furniture Manufacturing / Showroom

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and highly organizedFloor Managerto oversee daily showroom and operational activities within our furniture business.
• The ideal candidate will manage a large workforce of approximately 100 employees, ensure smooth floor operations, maintain high customer service standards, and drive team productivity in a fast-paced furniture retail and manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Floor Manager or similar roles
• Proven experience supervising large teams (80–100+ staff)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in furniture retail, interior décor, manufacturing, or showroom operations
• Strong people management and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of furniture operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices

Salary
N350,000 Net Monthly.
