About the Role

  • We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing professional network within the target market.
  • Experience in B2B sales and consultative selling.
