We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Security Operatives Supervisor

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Staff: Make daily work schedules. Check that guards arrive on time and do their jobs correctly.
• Control Access: Check the IDs of people, cars, and packages entering the property.
• Monitor Site: Watch cameras and walk around the property to stop crime or property damage.
• Handle Emergencies: Lead the team during fires, medical issues, or security threats.
• Write Reports: Record daily activities and investigate problems.
• Train Guards: Teach new guards the rules of the building and how to use security tools.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma, a college Degree or certificate in security management or criminology helps.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of work as a security guard, with at least 1 year as a team leader.
• Physical Health: Must be fit to walk for a long time and stand for long shifts.
• Tech Skills: Know how to use computers, security cameras, and alarm systems.
• Communication: Ability to speak clearly and stay calm under stress.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
