Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree / HND in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in a production supervisory or managerial role within any manufacturing industry preferably cement Fiber sheet manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower management, machine maintenance, quality control, and workplace safety.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
