MegaLectrics Limited is a reputable and wholly owned indigenous company with its headquarters in Lagos. The company was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in July of 2001. Megalectrics was in 2007, granted a Radio Broadcast Licence for Lagos. The company is presently operating four (4) radio stations from our 26, Keffi Street, Ikoyi office, and in other locations such as Abuja, Port Harcourt and Ibadan. MegaLectrics is the operator of The Beat FM, Classic FM, Naija FM and LagosTalks.

We are recruiting to fill the position beow:

Role Summary

• We are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth across our Radio/Digital platforms.
• You’ll own client acquisition, manage existing accounts, and develop marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility and ad sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales: Prospect, pitch, and close new advertising/sponsorship deals for radio, and digital assets.
• Account Management: Retain and grow existing client accounts. Prepare proposals, media plans, and rate cards.
• Marketing: Support the design and execution of campaigns, promos, and brand activations to boost listenership/viewership.
• Market Research: Monitor competitors, industry trends, and audience data to identify new revenue opportunities.
• Reporting: Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets and report pipeline, conversions, and client feedback to management.

Requirements
Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Admin, or related field.
• Must have 2+ years in media sales, agency sales, or FMCG/brand sales. Media broadcasting experience is an advantage.

Skills:

• Strong pitching & negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google/Zoho Workspace.
• Knowledge of media planning is a plus.

Attributes:

• Target-driven, excellent communicator, presentable, and comfortable with client meetings, events, and travel.
