Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the real estate industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
- Recruit, train, and manage high-performing sales executives.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Set sales targets and track individual and team performance using KPIs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that generate quality leads.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Oversee negotiations, closing of property sales, and documentation where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property sales processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
Remuneration
- Monthly Salary: N300,000
- Fixed Salary: N120,000
- Performance Pay: N180,000 (based on achievement of agreed sales targets and KPIs)
