Job Title: Head of Sales

Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the real estate industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Recruit, train, and manage high-performing sales executives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Set sales targets and track individual and team performance using KPIs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that generate quality leads.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Oversee negotiations, closing of property sales, and documentation where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property sales processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a target-driven environment.

Remuneration

  • Monthly Salary: N300,000
    • Fixed Salary: N120,000
    • Performance Pay: N180,000 (based on achievement of agreed sales targets and KPIs)
