First World Communities Limited (FWC) is a private limited liability development company providing affordable housing for medium to low income earners across Nigeria and eventually Africa. The Company was incorporated in 2008 by promoters of the highly successful Co-operative Villas, Badore, Lagos - a community of over 600 homes considered to be one of the best of its kind in West Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Management, Management Sciences, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in Administration, Corporate Services, Office Management, or Operations Administration.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience managing vendors, facilities, office operations, and administrative budgets.
• Experience within Real Estate, Construction, Property Development, or a similar fast- fast-paced corporate environment is an added advantage.
• Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM),CIPM, PMP, or Facility Management certifications.
