We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Design and Detailing Architect
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's Degree in Architecture or related field is an advantage).
- Full registration with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) is mandatory with 5—7 years' post-NYSC experience in architectural design, detailing, and project coordination.
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience managing vendors, facilities, office operations, and administrative budgets.
- Experience within Real Estate, Construction, Property Development, or a similar fast- fast-paced corporate environment is an added advantage.
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM),CIPM, PMP, or Facility Management certifications.
