Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Job Summary
- The Administrative Officer will oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the real estate firm, supervising support staff, managing office and property-related logistics, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and real estate regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and assistants to ensure accountability and productivity.
- Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and task assignments.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Manage vehicle scheduling, dispatch, and property inspection logistics.
- Maintain proper records of property documents, contracts, and client files
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits or regulatory bodies.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Support the sales and property management teams with administrative follow-up.
- Maintain strong communication with clients regarding documentation and processes.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree/HND in Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years' experience in an administrative or office management role; experience in real estate is an advantage.
Benefits
Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
