Job Summary

• Beem Farm Foods is looking for a creative, strategic and results-driven Marketing Officer to help grow our brand, drive sales, and strengthen our presence across digital platforms.
• This role is perfect for someone who understands paid ads, content creation and marketing strategy, and is willing to learn deeper digital marketing skills (SEO, email marketing, website optimisation) on the job.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow Beem Farm Foods’ sales and brand visibility
• Create and manage a monthly content calendar
• Run and optimize Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads
• Plan and execute sales campaigns, promos and product launches
• Work with the sales team to ensure leads are converted into orders
• Update website, Google Business Profile and other marketing channels
• Track marketing results and provide performance reports

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor degree / HND with 2-4 years experience
• You can develop marketing strategies and turn them into action
• You have experience running paid ads
• You can establishcontent ideas and calendars
• You understand the basics of digital marketing (SEO, email, website)
• You are eager to learn, grow and take responsibility for results.

Remuneration

• N200,000 per month
• Annual Performance Bonus
• HMO (Health Insurance)
• 13th Month Salary
