Job Description

  • We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  • This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a passion for closing deals and delivering value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and proposals to potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years proven sales experience, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or B2B solutions.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales techniques.
