Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Ajah, Lagos (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, marketing the company’s real estate products, closing sales, building long-term client relationships, and supporting business growth.
  • The role requires regular site inspections, client meetings, and active participation in business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and direct marketing.
  • Market and sell the company’s real estate properties to prospective clients.
  • Conduct property inspections and accompany clients on site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling property presentations and sales proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales transactions.
  • Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain an accurate database of prospects and clients.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to management.
  • Attend exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities representing the company.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for site inspections and business development activities.
  • Applicants must reside within the Lekki, Ajah, Sangotedo, Abraham Adesanya, or nearby environs.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Saturdays: As required for client inspections and business activities
  • Reports To: Business Development Manager / Head of Sales.
