Job Description
- Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with different departments tp ensure smooth operations
- Identify operational challenges and recommen improvements
- Manage office supplies, assets, and facilities
- Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and maintain documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 2-4 years' experience in operations, administration, or related role
- strong organizational and time management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hign level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism.
