Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely, effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide customers with accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their concerns.
- Process customer requests, account updates, and service-related transactions.
- Meet established performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies, confidentiality requirements, and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
