We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide timely, effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide customers with accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their concerns.
  • Process customer requests, account updates, and service-related transactions.
  • Meet established performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent service delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies, confidentiality requirements, and customer service standards.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
