We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Outlets Team Member

Locations: Mainland & Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and reliable outlet team members to join our growing team across our Lagos Mainland and Lagos Island outlets.
• The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the outlet by delivering excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in line with company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining, and service areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient outlet operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Outlet Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE /WAEC / NECO qualification.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe, retail, supermarket, or customer service role is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Honest, reliable, and a strong team player.
