Job Title: Management Surveyor

Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties
  • Conduct periodic property inspections, inventories, and tenancy check-ins/outs
  • Liaise with landlords and contractors to handle maintenance requests
  • Manage rent reviews, arrears, and tenancy renewals
  • Ensure compliance with all the procedures
  • Advise landlords on property condition and tenancy issues, and maintain transparent communication
  • Implement approved procedures to ensure orderly, efficient workflow
  • Coordinate portfolio activities, prepare periodic and annual reports on the financial and operational performance of managed properties
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Gather market intelligence for overall strategic operations
  • Confirm all documentations are completed and appropriately logged
  • Manage residents courteously and maintain the Firm’s client service standards
  • Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with estate laws, payment of dues, and regulatory obligations
  • Professionally represent the company at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications / Experience

  • BSc Degree in Estate Management, Certification or registration with relevant professional/regulatory bodies is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property/facility management.
