Job Title: Control & Operations Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Monitor and supervise daily operational activities to ensure complaince with company policies and procedures.
- Implement and enforce internal control measures to safeguard company assets and minimize operational risks.
- Investigate operational issues, discrepancies, and policy violations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare operational and control reports for management review.
- Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and accurate reporting.
- Idebtify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities and incidents
- Support management in implementing operational strategies and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration, Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in opeeations, internal control, compliance or audit.
- Strong knowledge of internal control principles and operational processes
- Proficiency in Mircosoft Office Suiye, especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
