Job Description
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, responding where appropriate.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and appointments.
- Maintain confidential documents, records, and files.
- Liaise with clients, business partners, and internal departments on behalf of the executive.
- Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks, projects, and deadlines.
- Handle office administration and procurement of executive office supplies.
- Assist with business correspondence, documentation, and presentations.
- Perform other administrative and executive support duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Officer.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating meetings, travel, and executive schedules.
- Knowledge of office management procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and excellent etiquette.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary
N600,000 - N800,000 per month.
