Description

• We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Manager.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the client's YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts, creating engaging content, supporting daily YouTube Live sessions, and maintaining an active online community.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts daily.
• Join and support the company's YouTube Live session every morning.
• Create, edit, and publish 7 content pieces daily, comprising:
  • 3 videos
  • 2 carousel posts
  • 1 storytelling post
  • 1 quote card, picture post, or text-based post
• Design engaging graphics and edit videos in line with the brand's identity.
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls to action for all published content.
• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Schedule and publish content according to the approved posting plan.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and messages through the company's WhatsApp Community.
• Research social media trends and incorporate relevant ideas to improve engagement and reach.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Meet all content deadlines while maintaining consistency in quality and posting frequency.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar graphic design and video editing tools.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging short-form video content.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable device for remote work.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
