Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Ring road, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Dispatch Rider is responsible for the timely and safe delivery of food orders to customers while maintaining excellent customer service.
• The role involves ensuring orders are delivered accurately, handling payments where required, and maintaining the assigned motorcycle in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver customer orders promptly and safely.
• Verify orders before dispatch to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Collect cash or process payment confirmations where applicable.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and adhere to all traffic regulations.
• Keep the assigned motorcycle clean and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure efficient order dispatch.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Valid rider's permit and driver's license.
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Honest, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Salary
N80,000 per month.
