We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in, WhatsApp, and online customers professionally.
• Receive and process cake orders accurately while ensuring customer specifications are well documented.
• Follow up with customers on inquiries, orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc. or HND.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be courteous, organized, and customer-focused.

Salary
N120,000 monthly + Accommodation.
