About the Role

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join a healthcare facility in Anthony, Lagos.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting decision-making through accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Process invoices, payments to vendors, and follow up on receivables including HMO claims.
• Prepare monthly payroll and ensure statutory deductions: PAYE, Pension, NHF.
• Assist with budget preparation, variance analysis, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, FIRS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Liaise with auditors and provide necessary financial documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Accountant in a healthcare facility, hospital, clinic, or HMO.
• Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ACA, ACCA, or ICAN qualification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar. Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and good communication skills.

Salary
N250,000 per month.
