About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a healthcare facility in Anthony, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant operations while driving service excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the clinic/hospital to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery
• Lead, supervise, and manage front desk, nursing, admin, and support staff. Handle scheduling, training, and performance reviews
• Develop and implement SOPs to streamline patient flow, billing, inventory, and service delivery
• Ensure the facility complies with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and internal policies
• Monitor patient feedback and resolve escalations to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Manage operational budget, monitor expenses, and ensure proper use of facility resources and inventory
• Prepare weekly and monthly operations reports for management on KPIs, challenges, and opportunities
• Liaise with clinical, finance, business development, and marketing teams to align operations with organizational goals

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or healthcare management certification is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years experience as an Operations Manager in a hospital, clinic, HMO, or healthcare facility
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and hospital management systems
• Solid understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory requirements, and patient care standards
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and people management skills. Ability to work under pressure

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
