We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chinese Chef 

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilties

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of authentic chinese dishes, including sichuan, cantonese, hunan and other regional specialties
• Maintain cleanliness , hygience and food safety standard in accordance with company policies
• Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks efficiently
• Develop and test new recipes to enhance the menu
• Prepare and cook a variety of chinese dishes to high standards.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 5 years experience.

Skills:

• Chinese cooking techniques
• Knife skills
• Food presentation
• Menu development
• Food safety
• Inventory Management.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
