Comatrix Collection Service - We are a professional collection service provider that deals with helping various loan agencies in retrieving back their bad-loans as fast and effectively as possible.

We make calls to customers to pay their outstanding debts, Send messages to customers, Guide customers through the payment process, Persuade reluctant customers to make payment promptly, Meet weekly and monthly targets, Give proper and correct report of work.

Job Title: Loan Recovery Officer

Location: Ijaiye, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Are you a proactive, confident and result oriented person with a passion for loan recovery?
• We are looking for a Loan Recovery Officer to join our growing team in Jankara, Ijaiye, Lagos State.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers to follow-up on outstanding loan repayments.
• Negotiate and agree on feasible repayment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.

Requirements

• Minimum qualifications: OND, NCE, HND & B.SC.
• Previous experience in loan recovery is an added advantage.
• Must have an android phone.
• Good Communication and negotiation skills.

Salary
N60,000 - N200,000 per month.
