We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Associate

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Benue, and Plateau
Employment Type: Full-time

Descritpion

  • We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Sales Associate to promote and sell the Company's products to existing and prospective customers while expanding market presence within assigned territories.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring product availability across key channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the Company's products to existing and prospective customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and provide market intelligence.
  • Ensure product visibility and availability across assigned territories.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure compliance with the Company's sales policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Must be able to drive and possess a valid Nigerian driver's licence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of the assigned location and surrounding markets.
