Job Summary
- Own social media strategy, audience growth, and team output across all HipTV platforms, managing the Social Media Officers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategy and content calendar
- Set targets for and manage/coach Social Media Officers
- Oversee campaign planning and influencer/partnership coordination
- Monitor analytics and report performance and insights to leadership
- Manage reputation and respond to issues on social channels
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
- Experience in Media sector
- Minimum of 3 years social media management experience; team leadership a plus
- Strong analytics and strategic planning skills
- Experience with paid social/ads a plus
