Founded and led by CEO Daniel Oshinobino, the company specializes in sourcing, auditing, and developing high-end properties. They focus on prime residential and commercial locations with a long-term goal of making premium living spaces and structured property investments accessible across Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Ikota, Lagos

Supervises: Content Creator & Social Media Manager, Videographer, Marketing and Graphic Design Interns (where applicable)

Position Summary

  • The Marketing Manager leads Arab Space's marketing function - building the strategies that grow the brand, generate real leads, and move the needle on revenue, not just impressions.
  • You'll plan and run marketing across digital and offline channels while keeping the Arab Space brand consistent everywhere a client encounters it. That means leading the Marketing Team, shaping content and brand strategy, managing campaigns, and working closely with Sales so marketing and revenue are pulling in the same direction, not sitting in separate lanes.
  • This role also thinks beyond the calendar - spotting market opportunities, building partnerships, and steadily strengthening how Arab Space is seen in Lagos's luxury real estate market.
  • Arab Space operates in a sales-driven environment, and marketing is very much part of that story. You're expected to help the business succeed - through excellent client and stakeholder experiences, spotting opportunities where they arise, and protecting the brand's reputation across every channel.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Growth:

  • Build the annual and quarterly marketing strategy, tied to real business objectives.
  • Create initiatives that build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and actually contribute to revenue.
  • Track industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity, and let that inform what we do next.
  • Support property launches and sales campaigns with marketing plans that are ready before they're needed.

Brand Strategy & Management:

  • Own Arab Space's brand strategy and protect it across every channel.
  • Keep messaging, tone, and visual identity consistent - per the Marketing Policy's Brand Guidelines.
  • Review and approve marketing materials before they go out.
  • Make sure every piece of communication reflects Arab Space's premium positioning.

Campaign Planning & Lead Generation:

  • Plan and run integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels, following the Campaign Planning Cycle in the Marketing Policy.
  • Set clear objectives, budgets, timelines, and success measures for every campaign.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager so campaigns are actually generating leads Sales wants, not just traffic.
  • Review campaign results and write up what worked, what didn't, and why.

Digital & Offline Marketing:

  • Oversee social media, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, the website, and Google Business Profile.
  • Plan offline initiatives - exhibitions, networking events, outdoor advertising, roadshows, sponsorships - that build visibility beyond digital.
  • Keep both sides current and aligned with what's actually working in the market, not just what worked last year.

Content & Creative Direction:

  • Set the overall content strategy and approve the monthly content calendar.
  • Give creative direction for campaigns, working closely with the Content Creator & Social Media Manager and theVideographer.
  • Make sure content is doing real work - generating leads, educating clients, building the brand - not just filling a schedule.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and develop the Marketing Team, with clear goals and honest, regular coaching.
  • Run performance reviews in line with the Performance Management Policy.
  • Spot training needs early and connect people to the right development opportunities.

Budget, Vendors & Reporting:

  • Manage the marketing budget and keep spend accountable to actual return.
  • Manage vendor relationships - agencies, photographers, printers, influencers - and hold them to Arab Space's brand standard.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly marketing reports to the Managing Director, with real recommendations, not just numbers.

Cross-Department Collaboration & Learning:

  • Work with Sales so marketing priorities and sales priorities are the same priorities.
  • Coordinate property launches so they feel like one coherent effort, not separate departments doing separate things.
  • Mentor the Marketing Team and keep an eye on emerging tools, trends, and AI-assisted marketing, per the Learning, Training & Development Policy.

Requirements
Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Project Management are an advantage.

Experience:
Applicants should have:

  • 3–5 years' experience managing marketing for a commercial real estate company or luxury property developments in Lagos.
  • Experience leading a marketing team.
  • Strong track record in brand management, campaign planning, and lead generation.
  • Comfortable managing both digital and offline campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of the Lagos luxury real estate market.
  • Must currently reside on Lagos Island.
