Job Title: Marketer

Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are seeking a proactive and results oriented Field Marketer to promote the school's academic programmes and increase student enrolment.
• This is a fully field based role that involves engaging with prospective parents, students, schools, communities, organisations, and other stakeholders to generate enquiries, build the school's brand, and achieve enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the school's programmes and services within assigned territories.
• Conduct daily visits to primary schools, communities, religious centres, corporate organisations, and other strategic locations to generate student enrolment leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with parents, guidance counsellors, school administrators, and community leaders.
• Organise and participate in educational fairs, open days, and other promotional events.
• Distribute marketing materials and ensure strong brand visibility.
• Respond to enquiries from prospective parents and students and provide accurate information about the school's offerings.
• Conduct market research to identify enrolment opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly field activity reports.
• Work closely with the admissions team to convert enquiries into student enrolments.
• Achieve assigned enrolment and marketing targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, business development, admissions, or sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship building abilities.
• Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned locations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in educational marketing or student recruitment.
• Knowledge of the local education market.
• Strong negotiation and customer engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
