Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Lokogoma, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Shift: 6 days on with 1 day off; morning and evening shifts available.
Accomodation: Not provided.

Job Description

• The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to enhance the dining experience and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Address customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible to work various shifts.

Salary and Benefit

• N100,000 - N150,000 monthly. 
• Feeding while on duty: Provided.
