Job Title: Early Years / Nursery Class Educator

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor pupils' academic and personal development.
• Maintain accurate records of learners' progress.
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programmes.
• Uphold the school's values, policies, and standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of an NCE, B.Ed., B.Sc. (Ed.), or equivalent qualification in Education or a related field.
• Relevant teaching experience in a nursery or primary school is required.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• Proficiency in the use of modern teaching methods and basic ICT skills.
• TRCN certifications
• EYFS certifications and Experience is required.
