Description
- We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results-oriented General Manager to lead our operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the company’s operations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee sales, distribution, production, finance, and administrative functions.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate management and staff teams.
- Monitor business performance and prepare reports for executive decision-making.
- Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree (MBA or related qualification) will be an added advantage.
- 8–10 years’ experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
- Proven track record of driving growth and improving operational performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
