Job Overview
- We are looking for an innovative Robotics Concepts Tutor to introduce students to the exciting intersection of software and hardware.
- Using virtual simulation environments, you will teach kids how sensors work, how logic dictates motor movement, and the basics of electronic circuitry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 90-minute online lessons teaching robotics, circuitry, and physical computing concepts using interactive simulation tools.
- Guide students in writing code to control virtual robots and microcontrollers.
- Grade weekly simulation assignments and provide actionable feedback within 48 hours.
- Help students prepare a simulated robotics project for their Capstone Showcase.
Technical Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of virtual robotics software (Tinkercad Circuits, VEXcode VR, mBlock, or simulated micro:bit platforms).
- Understanding of basic electronics, inputs/outputs, and sensor integrations.
- Experience running engaging STEM classes for children and teens. -Must own a functional laptop, high-definition webcam, clear microphone, and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
