Job Description

  • Our client, a leading Health Tech company, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding the adoption of its innovative healthcare management solution across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Conduct client meetings and product presentations in collaboration with the Presales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 3 – 7 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within HealthTech, SaaS, medical devices, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience selling to healthcare institutions is an added advantage.
