About the role

  • The B2B side of Breet is growing and we need someone who knows how to make the right people pay attention.
  • We're talking about fintechs, platforms, and businesses that need to move crypto to fiat at scale.
  • They're not going to find us by accident.
  • You're the person who makes sure they find us on purpose through sharp positioning, smart campaigns, and the kind of outreach that gets replies instead of getting ignored.
  • This isn't a brand awareness role. It's a pipeline role. You'll own how the market sees our API product, who hears about it, and how those conversations start.
  • You'll work closely with the B2B Development Manager to make sure the leads you generate are qualified, documented, and ready to move.

What you'll be doing

  • If a business decides to build on Breet, your work is part of the reason why.
  • Define how our API sits in the market who it's for, what problem it solves, and why Breet over everyone else
  • Identify target clients, use cases, and the decision-makers worth getting in front of
  • Build and maintain sales and marketing collateral that does real work one-pagers, rate cards, case studies, the lot
  • Plan and execute outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and events with actual volume targets, not vague activity
  • Generate and qualify leads, with a clean handover process to the B2B Development Manager so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Coordinate go-to-market activities for new API features alongside Product and Tech
  • Hunt down client testimonials and success stories and put them to work in positioning and outreach
  • Show up at industry events and communities to build visibility and source interest you're comfortable in a room
  • Track campaign and channel performance weekly what's working, what isn't, and what needs to change
  • Gather market intelligence continuously and feed it back into strategy
  • Prepare and deliver a weekly report covering reach, campaign performance, and qualified leads handed to BD

You, probably

  • You've done B2B marketing before not just content, actual pipeline work
  • You understand how developers, product teams, and procurement people think, and you know they don't all speak the same language
  • You can write a cold email that gets opened and a one-pager that gets forwarded
  • You're comfortable owning a number. Qualified leads per week is a metric you take personally
  • You know your way around LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and event marketing without needing a playbook written for you
  • You've worked closely with a sales or BD function before and you know how to make that handover clean
  • Fintech, crypto, or API-first products are familiar territory or you're willing to get up to speed fast
  • You don't wait for a campaign calendar to tell you when to move

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years' experience in B2B growth, partnerships, product marketing.
  • Experience working in fintech, payments, SaaS or crypto is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and how technical products are positioned and adopted.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and delivering results.
