Job Title: Operations Intern
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure the efficient coordination of manufacturing, logistics, and administrative activities.
- Assist in monitoring production schedules and follow up with production teams to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
- Support inventory management by tracking raw materials, finished goods, and production supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate the movement of materials between the warehouse, production floor, and delivery units to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including production output, inventory status, and delivery performance.
- Support procurement activities by obtaining quotations, following up with suppliers, coordinating material deliveries, and maintaining vendor documentation.
- Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, and Accounts teams to support the achievement of operational objectives.
Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, warehouse administration, or a related role is an added advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), with the ability to prepare reports, analyze operational data, and maintain accurate records.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Physically fit and willing to spend time on the production floor and in the warehouse as required.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability.
- Knowledge of inventory management and production processes is an added advantage.
