About the Role
- We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist with proven experience in the insurance or micro-insurance sector.
- This role is ideal for someone who already has an established network and can begin driving business immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and close high-volume consumer groups for bulk insurance enrolment.
- Drive registrations for individual and family micro-insurance plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with aggregator partners and community leaders.
- Submit accurate weekly field activity and partner engagement reports.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of active sales experience strictly within the insurance or micro-insurance industry.
- A strong, existing network of key aggregators, including market associations, transport unions, cooperatives, or similar community groups.
- Ability to present a verified sales pipeline of at least three (3) major micro-insurance clusters during the interview process.
- Ready to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding and capable of scheduling and leading formal client pitch meetings within the first week.
