Job Description
- The HR Officer (Female) will play a crucial role in managing human resources functions, ensuring a smooth workflow that contributes to a healthy workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Support the performance management process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in a relevant field
- At least 1-3 years of experience in HR
- Strong understanding of HR practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
